This is a feature is one that I am not sure what format will be best.  Feedback would be very appreciated. For now, I will have this page along with a group on the bulletin board.  We will see what kind of feedback we receive and how each is utilized.  My hope is that this feature will be a way that people who have already built can share their experience with those who have not. Residents can share the things they did that they are happy with and the things that wish they did differently. They can recommend contractors and subcontractors or warn against them. On the bulletin board, residents who have not built can ask questions.

(lot#57)  They do all types of dirt work.  They went above and beyond.  I have heard nothing but good about them from other residents.                                                                                 Nick Bird

• We would recommend CFP (Canon Forest Products, Inc.) for brush and tree chipping.  Mike Williams did a wonderful job clearing our lot of all dead fall and dead standing trees.  The work was done quickly and relatively inexpensively.  In addition, Mike put in the ditch for our electric service, cleared an area and poured a pad for our shed, and roughed in our driveway.  He also installed a culvert on another lot.  We have been pleased with everything Mike has done for us.
